About Us

Sheena is a Family Nurse Practitioner. She grew up in Houston, MO. and graduated from nursing school at East Central College and received her Master's in Nursing at Cox College of Nursing. Sheena has been married for 14 years and has 3 children. She is an active member in her church and volunteers at several local non profit organizations.

Dr. Spurling is the Collaborating Physician. He grew up in Belle, Mo, which is about 2 hours north of West Plains.  He received his BS in Biology as well as received his MD from the University of Missouri in Columbia.
